The pandemic of COVID-19 is affecting many countries. For your safety and health, and to protect the safety and health of your families and the public, we hereby provide the following health tips for you in accordance with the requirements of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China on epidemic prevention and control:

1. We hope to have your understanding and cooperation with the Hunan provincial government in carrying out epidemic prevention and control measures, including taking body temperature and conducting health-care management. Please adopt personal protective measures, such as wearing a face mask, washing your hands on a regular basis, and reducing close contact with others.

2. If you have permanent residence or a job in Hunan, please register with your residential community within 24 hours of your arrival; if not, please register with the local community via the organization for which you work or the hotel in which you stay within 24 hours of your arrival for epidemic prevention and control services and assistance.

3. Please follow the information concerning the local epidemic situation and designated hospitals in Hunan published on the website of the Hunan Provincial Health Commission (http://wjw.hunan.gov.cn). If you need assistance, please contact the Foreign Affairs Office of the Hunan Provincial People’s Government by calling 0731-84510280 (this line is open 24/7).

ようこそ湖南省へいらっしゃいました。

現在、新型コロナウイルス肺炎は世界的に蔓延しています。皆様やご家族、周りの方々の安全と健康のために、中国政府の感染予防コントロールに関する規定に基づき、以下のようにお知らせいたします。

1．体温検査や健康管理をするなど湖南省の感染予防コントロール措置にご理解とご協力をよろしくお願いします。マスクを着用し、こまめな手洗いを心掛け、人混みを避けるなど感染予防を徹底しましょう。

2．地域コミュニティ（町内会や自治会など）から関連サービスや支援を提供させていただくため、湖南省にお住いの方や勤務先がある方は、ご到着の24時間以内に地域コミュニティへのご連絡をお願いします。湖南省にお住まいではなく、勤務先もない方は、ご到着の24時間以内にご自身が招待を受けた団体や、宿泊ホテルを通じて地域コミュニティへのご連絡や情報登録をお願いします。

3．湖南省衛生健康委員会のホームページ（http://wjw.hunan.gov.cn）により最新の感染状況や湖南省各地の指定病院の情報が発表されますので、ご関心のある方は確認してください。また、湖南省人民政府外事弁公室に24時間コールセンター(電話番号:0731-84510280)が設置されておりますので、お困りの方はご利用ください。

최근 전 세계적으로 코로나 19가 확산되고 있는 추세를 감안하여 여러분과 여러분의 가족, 그리고 모든 사람들의 안전과 건강을 위해, 중국정부의 전염병 예방 및 통제에 관한 규정을 안내해 드립니다.

가. 후난성 전염병 예방과 통제 조치에 따라 체온과 건강상태를 체크할 것이며 이에 적극 협조해 주시기 바랍니다. 그리고 평소 마스크 착용, 손 씻기 등 개인위생에 주의하시고 단체 활동을 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다.

나. 후난에 거주지 또는 직장이 있는 경우 도착 후 24시간 이내에 거주지역 주민센터와 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 만약 없으시면, 도착 후 24시간 이내에 초청회사나 숙박 호텔을 통해 지역 주민센터와 연락하여 관련 서비스와 도움을 받을 수 있도록 정보 등록을 해주시기 바랍니다.
